Our Story
Started in 2011 when the owner got frustrated with basement contractors who didn't show up or charge what they quoted. Decided to do it differently. First three years were just word-of-mouth referrals. Turned out people appreciate reliability. By 2015, we had enough work to hire our first full crew. Expanded to Iași in 2018. Still operating the same way — small team, high standards, projects we're actually proud of. We don't have billboards or fancy ads. We have customers who come back and tell their friends.

Started Sterling in 2011 after years of frustration with dishonest contractors. Oversees every project personally. Lives in Galați with his family. Believes basements should be built like they'll last 30 years. Because they should.

Project Manager
Manages scheduling and keeps projects running on time. 11 years in construction before joining Sterling. Known for solving problems without drama. When something changes mid-project, Ionuț figures it out and communicates clearly.

Handles framing and finish carpentry. Perfectionist about details. Can look at a crooked wall and know exactly how to fix it. Trains newer crew members. His work speaks louder than anything we could write.
