Lead Carpenter/Project Supervisor
You've got 8+ years framing, finishing, or basement work under your belt. You can read plans, manage 4-6 crew members, and catch problems before they blow up. We need someone who takes ownership and actually cares about the finish line.

Trim work, built-ins, cabinetry—that's your world. 4+ years experience required. You work clean, measure twice, cut once. Detail-oriented folks who get that millimeters matter belong here.

Licensed or certifiable HVAC background needed. You'll handle ductwork, climate control systems in finished basements. We're looking for someone who understands airflow, codes, and why proper installation prevents future headaches.
